At SOG Knives, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange within 30 days of delivery for all items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with all original tags and packaging into a secure shipping box and affix the return label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
